What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day grant accounting, from budget tracking and drawdowns to audit prep.
- Ensure compliance with federal and non-federal grant requirements.
- Train internal teams and act as a go-to resource on grant procedures.
- Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and support monthly close.
- Assist with reporting, invoicing, and cash flow strategy.
- Support accounting for key third-party partnerships.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in accounting; nonprofit or grant experience is a plus.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Familiarity with GAAP, OMB guidelines, and funder reporting requirements—or interest in learning.
- Detail-focused, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
