Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 8am-5pm
Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Batavia, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Admin to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is current and compliant.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
