Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office| 8am-5pm
Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Monroe, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team.
Job Title: Contract HR Admin
Location: Monroe, Ohio
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions and ensure smooth operations within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Address employee queries and provide necessary HR information.
- Help in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in HR administration or related role is a plus.
