Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 8am-5pm

Job Description:

Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Springboro, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator who is bilingual, the HR Coordinator will support various human resources functions, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes while facilitating effective communication across our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Handle onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and development programs.
- Support payroll processing and resolve payroll-related inquiries.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related questions.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Translate HR documents and communications as needed to support bilingual employees.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve department efficiency and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as a coordinator or assistant.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
