Your Impact in This Role
- Manage payroll processes for a growing team of 25+ employees using ADP
- Lead the onboarding process, including background checks and first-day orientations
- Act as the primary liaison between employees and ADP, monitoring and resolving tickets
- Conduct phone screenings and prepare offer letters for new recruits
- Oversee benefit administration and support employee relations initiatives
- Coordinate performance management processes and employee development plans
- Provide essential administrative support to the HR department
What You Bring to The Table
- 2-3 years of HR experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in human resources practices
- Strong administrative skills with keen attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality and professional maturity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
