You'll be at the forefront of our recruitment and onboarding efforts for hourly staff, contributing to a dynamic and engaging workplace. Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for hourly employees, including sourcing, funneling applications, and posting job openings.
- Conduct initial phone screenings for floor employees and assess candidate qualifications.
- Assist with the onboarding process and conduct reference checks.
- Handle high-volume recruiting activities, including managing applicant flow and maintaining a proactive approach to finding the right candidates.
- Experience with recruiting, specifically for hourly employees.
- Any exposure to union environments is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume recruiting environment, with a "smile and dial" approach.
