What You’ll Do
Job Title: Contract HR Generalist
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Contract HR Generalist to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be adept at managing a variety of HR functions. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and coordinate HR policies, programs, and procedures.
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS systems accurately and confidentially.
- Facilitate training sessions and development programs for staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
