Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Media Activation to lead our media team in driving innovative and effective media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning and buying, with proven leadership skills to guide a team in executing multi-channel campaigns that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive media strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of media professionals, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with overall marketing and business goals.
- Analyze media performance data to optimize campaigns and maximize return on investment.
- Maintain strong relationships with media partners and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of media innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in media planning and activation, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
