Mobile Response Stabilization Service (MRSS) Therapist - Mornings
Pay: $65,000 annually + $3,500 sign-on bonus
Location/Schedule: Cincinnati, OH | Full-Time, Onsite & Field-Based | M–F 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (some flexibility based on crisis response needs)
trak group is partnering with a respected nonprofit behavioral health organization to find a dedicated, licensed therapist to join their expanding Mobile Response and Stabilization Service (MRSS) team in Hamilton County. - Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related Human Services field
- Active licensure (LSW, LPC, MFT, or higher) in good standing
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
- Strong crisis management, communication, and organizational skills
