Psychiatrist (MD/DO) – Part-Time

trak group is seeking a Part-Time Psychiatrist to join a compassionate, mission-driven behavioral health team serving a specialized adult population. This is a flexible contract opportunity that blends clinical care with purpose-driven work—ideal for a provider who values collaboration, consistency, and community impact.

- Provide care across multiple levels of treatment: Residential, IOP, PHP, and Aftercare

- Conduct psychiatric assessments and prescribe/manage psychotropic medications
- Collaborate on treatment planning and participate in case conferencing
- Deliver brief psychotherapy and crisis support when needed
- Document care and progress using electronic health records
- Coordinate care with internal clinicians and external providers
- Support a caseload across Residential (20–25 clients), IOP, PHP, and Aftercare programs
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completed Psychiatry residency
- Active, unrestricted Ohio medical and DEA licenses
- Medicaid provider number and malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- CPR/First Aid certification
- 2–3 years of post-residency clinical experience
- Cultural competence and comfort working with the LGBTQIA+ community
- Familiarity with the Therapeutic Community model
- Experience with CareLogic EHR and CARF standards
- Onsite in Cleveland, OH
- Two 8-hour shifts (Tues/Thurs or Fri preferred) and one 4-hour shift (Weds preferred; flexible)
- No weekends; occasional calls only—no formal on-call policy
