IHBT Therapist – Franklin County

trak group is partnering with a respected behavioral health provider to hire an Intensive Home-Based Therapist to support youth and families across Franklin County. This role is rooted in flexibility, compassion, and community impact—ideal for a licensed professional seeking meaningful work outside of a traditional office setting.

You’ll carry a caseload of approximately 12 clients, providing therapeutic services in homes, schools, and community locations, with most sessions occurring in the late afternoon or early evening. The position includes a rotating on-call schedule (4 weeks per year) and built-in support for licensure and ongoing training.

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy and behavioral interventions in home and community settings
  • Help families strengthen relationships and develop positive coping strategies
  • Use evidence-based practices to guide client progress
  • Collaborate with school staff, care teams, and partner organizations
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Attend ongoing training and clinical supervision sessions
  • Flex your schedule to meet the needs of clients and families
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Active Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, or MFT required; LISW, LPCC, or LMFT preferred)
  • Experience working with children and families in a mental health setting (preferred)
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Salary Range:
  • Bachelor’s level: $50,000–$57,000
  • Master’s (dependent license): $57,500–$60,500
  • Master’s (independent license): $61,500–$63,500
