IHBT Therapist – Auglaize County
Pay: $54,000–$73,000 (based on experience, licensure, and education)
Location/Schedule: Community-based in Auglaize County, OH | Full-Time with Flexible Hours

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field required; Master’s preferred
- Active LSW or LPC (LISW/LPCC preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience working with youth and families in behavioral health
- Strong communication, organization, and a passion for family-centered care
- Willingness to travel within the community (mileage reimbursed)
