- Minimum one year of clinical experience with children and families in behavioral or mental health settings.
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Provide therapy to 8–12 clients and their families in home-based and community settings.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Deliver crisis intervention as part of an on-call rotation (minimal after-hours activity).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and Care Coordinators to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
