Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field; active licensure as LSW, LPC, or above.
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience with children and families in behavioral or mental health settings.
  • Expertise in trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy to 8–12 clients and their families in home-based and community settings.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Deliver crisis intervention as part of an on-call rotation (minimal after-hours activity).
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and Care Coordinators to ensure integrated care.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
