Responsibilities include:
  • Facilitating the pre-hiring, hiring, orientation, and onboarding processes for compliance.
  • Assisting with recruitment tasks such as job postings, application reviews, and screening.
  • Maintaining employee and applicant documentation in compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with I-9 Verification and conducting periodic audits.
  • Leading open enrollment processes.
  • Managing employee recognition and engagement programs and events.
  • Monitoring and enforcing compliance with Drug-Free Workplace standards.
  • Tracking and reporting attendance records, including leave of absence and FMLA.
  • Updating and maintaining the HR system with employee status changes.
  • Creating and distributing employee reports and organizational charts.
  • Acting as an employee relations liaison and escalating matters as necessary.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of employee personnel records and files.
  • Handling Unemployment Notices effectively.
  • Processing payroll information accurately and timely.
  • Tracking safety incidents and ensuring compliance with safety reporting.
What you need to succeed:
  • Recent HR graduate, demonstrating intelligence, technological proficiency, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow with a great leader and company.
  • Strong team orientation, trustworthiness, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Willingness to learn and handle payroll processes with attention to detail.
