Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Job Description:
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department's day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution support.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Support performance management processes and assist with employee evaluations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Professional HR certification is a plus (e.G., PHR, SHRM-CP).
