Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities include:

Recruit for Open Positions: Source and attract qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
Manage Social Media Recruiting: Oversee the company's social media presence to attract talent and promote job opportunities.
Facilitate New Hire Process: Guide new hires through onboarding and orientation.
Process Payroll: Handle payroll and maintain HRIS system for accurate employee records.
Manage Benefits Administration: Serve as a liaison between employees and benefits administrators.
Respond to Inquiries: Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

What you need to succeed:

Recruiting experience with an ATS system.
1 year of payroll support experience.
Tech-savvy with the ability to work with HRIS systems.
Mechanically inclined.
In-office 8-5pm role.
Professional with excellent communication skills.
