- Process Payroll: Handle payroll and maintain HRIS system for accurate employee records.
- Manage Benefits Administration: Serve as a liaison between employees and benefits administrators.
- Respond to Inquiries: Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Recruiting experience with an ATS system.
- 1 year of payroll support experience.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work with HRIS systems.
- Mechanically inclined.
- In-office 8-5pm role.
- Professional with excellent communication skills.
