trak group is working with a well-established Cincinnati-based manufacturer to find a hands-on, growth-minded HR Generalist to join their corporate headquarters. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in both the strategic and tactical sides of HR—from recruiting and onboarding to compliance and employee support.

What You’ll Do:
- Own the full lifecycle of the internship and co-op program (from sourcing to onboarding)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and support recruiting efforts
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and draft offers
- Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records for compliance
- Support HR projects, benefits communications, policy rollouts, and audits
- Prepare and manage internal communications on performance management, training, and benefits
- Partner with HR Manager on employee relations and performance support
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and collaborate with internal HRIS Analyst
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of generalist-level HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
- Professional, collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships across departments
- A growth mindset and proactive attitude toward process improvement
