Job Description
IHBT Counselor – Ashland County
trak group is partnering with a nonprofit behavioral health organization to find a Counselor or Social Worker to join their Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) team. This is a full-time opportunity to work directly with youth and families in their homes, providing vital mental health support and interventions in Ashland County and surrounding areas.

- Track progress and collect feedback to support quality improvement
- Bachelor's level licensure in Social Work or Counseling (LSW, LPC)
- Experience working with youth, families, and behavioral health needs
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, family systems, and DSM-5/ICD-10
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and clean driving record
