Location: Coshocton, Guernsey, and Noble Counties
Schedule: Full-time, generally Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with flexibility for client needs.

Join our team as an Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Supervisor, where you’ll work closely with families and a small team of therapists to provide life-changing mental health services. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise 1-3 therapists, providing clinical oversight and guidance.
- Manage a small caseload of 1-3 clients, offering home-based therapy and crisis intervention.
- Review and approve Individual Service Plans and ensure program goals align with treatment models.
- Provide hands-on support during staff or client crises, ensuring service continuity.
- Complete necessary documentation, progress notes, and reports promptly.
- Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Licensure: LISW-S or LPCC-S in good standing.
- Experience: Proven success working with youth and families experiencing trauma.
- Skills: Strong communication, flexibility, and team collaboration.
- Other Requirements: Driver’s license in good standing; ability to manage time and adapt to changing schedules.
