IHBT Supervisor – Crisis Services (Cuyahoga County)

trak group is partnering with a leading behavioral health provider to hire an IHBT Supervisor to support a crisis-focused community mental health program. This role offers a unique combination of leadership and direct service—ideal for a clinically licensed professional who enjoys mentoring others while staying engaged in meaningful client work.

You'll split your time between supervising a small team of clinicians and managing a light caseload of your own. The schedule offers flexibility, with hybrid options available and occasional evening client sessions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Supervise two therapists each carrying a reduced caseload
  • Carry a small personal caseload (no more than 3 clients)
  • Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and lead treatment planning
  • Deliver therapy in home and community settings as needed
  • Partner with the Program Director to oversee program operations
  • Ensure timely documentation in accordance with clinical and licensing standards
  • Provide case coverage during staff absences and maintain service continuity
  • Support a collaborative and responsive team culture
What You Bring:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Independent licensure in Ohio (LISW, LPCC, or IMFT)
  • Supervisory designation preferred
  • 2+ years of experience providing mental health services to youth and families (5 years ideal)
  • At least 1 year of clinical supervision or leadership experience (preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with diverse populations and managing flexible schedules
