Job Description
Intensive Home-Based Treatment Supervisor
If you’re passionate about leading a team of therapists dedicated to helping children with trauma, this role offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You'll play a vital role in guiding and supporting your team while directly impacting the lives of children and families.

You'll play a vital role in guiding and supporting your team while directly impacting the lives of children and families.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee 6-8 direct reports while maintaining a small caseload of up to 3 clients.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance for Intensive Home-Based Services (IHBT), ensuring treatment plans align with best practices.
- Lead intake and referral processes, and facilitate youth placements.
- Review and approve Individual Service Plans (ISP) and track client progress.
- Provide crisis counseling and therapeutic interventions for clients and therapists on your caseload.
- Ensure compliance with program goals and standards of care.
- Act as a liaison between families, staff, and external agencies while maintaining confidentiality.
- Supervise staff in implementing and evaluating treatment plans, ensuring quality care.
- LISW-S or LPCC-S licensure in good standing.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience working with children and families, ideally in trauma-informed settings.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong time management, organizational, and crisis intervention skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for home visits.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus ($1,000 at 90 days, $2,000 at 6 months, and $2,000 at 1 year).
