Are you passionate about transforming lives through in-home therapeutic support? trak group is collaborating with a respected organization to find a committed IHBT Therapist for Lorain County. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on families and youth in need.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home therapy to children and families, focusing on individualized, strength-based interventions.
- Manage a caseload of families, delivering evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, and community centers.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions tailored to each family’s unique needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Handle on-call responsibilities during weekdays (minimal off-hours involvement) and participate in a weekend on-call rotation every 4–6 weeks.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to HIPAA standards.
Qualifications
- Active Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, MFT, or higher) in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Comfortable working in clients' homes and diverse environments.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Lorain County.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on collaboration and inclusivity.
