Family Therapist – Community-Based Counseling

- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Active Ohio license (LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC, IMFT)
- Passion for working with children and families in their homes and communities
- Reliable transportation to meet families where they are
- Ability to work independently in a non-micromanaged environment
- Experience with autism is a plus
- Provide in-home and community-based therapy using an evidence-based model.
- Support both children and parents through challenges, strengthening family relationships.
- Work collaboratively with community partners, schools, and other support systems.
- Handle crisis situations as needed, with on-call duties rotating every 8 weeks.
- Maintain documentation while managing your own schedule effectively.
