IHBT Therapist – Wayne and Holmes Counties
trak group is partnering with a nonprofit mental health agency to find an IHBT Therapist who’s passionate about helping youth and families through high-touch, in-home therapy. This is a unique opportunity to work in a flexible and supportive environment with a small caseload and a big impact.

trak group is partnering with a nonprofit mental health agency to find an IHBT Therapist who’s passionate about helping youth and families through high-touch, in-home therapy. This is a unique opportunity to work in a flexible and supportive environment with a small caseload and a big impact.

- Provide therapy for youth and families in homes, schools, and community settings
- Partner with a dedicated case manager to support treatment goals
- Maintain a 67% productivity rate while focusing on high-impact clinical care
- Participate in on-call support for crisis intervention (rotation to be developed as team grows)
- Help shape the structure of a growing team and program
- MA or BA in a behavioral health field
- LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or MFT (or license-eligible) in Ohio
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Commitment to community-based, trauma-informed care
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
