trak group is partnering with an impact-driven organization to find a Child & Family Therapist in Cuyahoga County. This role provides an opportunity to support children, adolescents, and families through intensive, in-home therapy, helping them build stability and success.

- Provide intensive, in-home therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families
- Conduct weekly face-to-face sessions with individuals and families
- Work in schools, homes, and community settings to meet clients where they are
- Utilize a strength-based, trauma-informed approach to treatment planning
- Collaborate with community resources, schools, and support systems to drive positive outcomes
- Maintain clear and timely documentation to align with agency policies
- Be available for on-call crisis response for your own cases (vacation/PTO coverage provided)
- LSW, LPC, MFT, or higher licensure in good standing
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field
- Experience working with youth and families in behavioral health settings
- Strong collaboration skills to engage with caregivers, schools, and community providers
- Reliable transportation to travel within Cuyahoga County
- Salary based on licensure and experience
