Responsibilities include:
- Conducting business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and application mapping.
- Identifying and resolving gaps, proposing workaround solutions, and implementing change in procedures.
- Developing functional and technical specifications, configuration setup, and proof of concept.
- Performing testing of the implemented system and assisting the sales team in system development.
- Undertaking technical work such as building reports, queries, and simple customizations using embedded tools.
What you need to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience with Epicor at a high level.
- Experience with ERP projects and assessing existing customer usage.
- Ability to prepare software assessment documents.
