IT Helpdesk Support Engineer

- Lead migration projects – Help migrate systems and data to Active Directory.
- 5+ years of Tier 2 or Tier 3 IT support experience.
- IT Degree or equivalent experience.
- Certifications like MCP, MCSE/MCSA, Network+, Security+ are a plus.
- Proficiency in Active Directory management and migration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
