Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely entry documentation through local Customs.
- Issue transit documents and ensure smooth customs clearance for shipments.
- Update and maintain entry status promptly for customer communication.
- Follow established procedures and productivity standards to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Continuously develop skills through training programs and self-improvement opportunities.
- College degree or 1+ years of CSR or accounting support experience.
- Clean background (required by FAA regulations).
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Word.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Thrives in a structured, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
