Responsibilities include:

Identify, evaluate, and recommend changes to improve operational processes, procedures, and equipment.
Conduct cost studies, economic comparisons, and justification analyses to enhance operational efficiency.
Optimize floor space, materials, personnel, and equipment utilization.
Collaborate with operations teams to enhance efficiencies and resolve issues.
Lead the implementation of new processes, equipment, and products.
Initiate, plan, execute, and control strategic projects aligned with our organizational goals.
Maintain site drawings for site design improvements and operation flow mapping.

What you need to succeed:

Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
2+ years of practical experience in manufacturing environments, with a background in project management and capital equipment.
Proficiency in CAD software or equivalent for layouts and process flow mapping.
Strong experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.
Solid lean manufacturing expertise.
