What you need to succeed:
Use your Job Shop experience with inside sales!
What you need to succeed:
- Strong typing and Excel skills
- Background in blueprint reading
- Must have worked with steel before, vast majority of the work they do involves steel
- Good personality, someone who isn't going to hide behind emails, someone who isn't afraid of getting on the phone
- Creating quotes for customers
- Following up on quotes
- Negotiating
- Building out blueprints for what customer is looking for in AutoCAD
- Bringing prints to floor to be produced, adding orders into spreadsheet in Excel
- Very low turnover rate for these roles
