- Receive inquiry calls and assist callers in scheduling face-to-face assessments or triage to appropriate community referrals.
- Assess or ensure assessment by a qualified mental health professional for patients seeking treatment.
- Screen for medical and behavioral emergency conditions.
- Provide comprehensive assessments and quality therapeutic care for patients with substance abuse, dual diagnosis, or psychiatric/emotional disorders.
- Coordinate with the clinical team/on-call physician to ensure patient needs are met.
- Interpret treatment to patients and families to facilitate acceptance of care.
- Complete administrative processes for admission and precertification of care with external payers, as necessary.
- LSW, LPC, or RN license in good standing.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Medic systems.
- CPR and CPI certified within 30 days.
- Flu shot required
