Inventory Planning Manager
trak group is partnering with a nationally recognized commercial service organization to find an Inventory Planning Manager to lead parts inventory strategy across distribution centers, branches, and technician fleets. This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, developing cross-functional processes, and using data to drive impactful decisions.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all inventory strategy across distribution centers, field branches, and service trucks
- Develop and implement Kanban systems and inventory planning tools
- Set objectives and monitor KPIs for inventory performance
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and purchasing to streamline processes
- Oversee the implementation of scorecards and performance dashboards
- Support new product launches with parts strategy and planning
- Lead and develop a small team while training field staff on inventory best practices
What You Bring
- 5+ years of inventory or materials management experience, ideally in a service or multi-site environment
- ERP experience (D365 a plus) and strong data analysis skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to design and implement process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, business, or related field
- Collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills
- APICS certification or MBA a plus
