- Prepare internal systems daily to ensure smooth trading operations
- Manage account data, upload trades, and support reconciliations
- Handle the setup of new accounts and assist with account maintenance
- Communicate through a shared inbox to address trade-related questions
- Support marketing efforts by preparing reports and updating client materials
- Assist with presentations, website updates, and quarterly mailings
- Jump in to help with general office coordination and shipping tasks as needed
- 1–2 years of administrative or operational experience, ideally in a financial setting
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Sharp attention to detail and a natural ability to follow step-by-step processes
- Friendly, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred
- Experience with SS&C Advent products (APX, Moxy) or Microsoft Publisher is a plus
- Ability to pass a background and credit check
