Job Summary:
As a Key Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for our valued clients and their employees, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience with our company. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will provide top-tier client service, navigate service challenges, and work closely with our carrier partners and third-party administrators to address client needs. Your responsibilities will primarily focus on group medical insurance and related ancillary products. Join our team and be the linchpin of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
  • Process Enrollments and Terminations: Efficiently handle enrollment and termination procedures via various communication channels.
  • Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients and their employees to address claims, benefit inquiries, and updates to personal health information.
  • Task Follow-up: Ensure timely completion of tasks with carriers and maintain an organized workflow.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver top-notch customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Collaborative Communication: Maintain open communication with fellow Account Managers to uphold a consistent workflow.
  • Benefit Booklets: Prepare comprehensive benefit booklets for clients.
  • CRM Utilization: Record and track completed tasks and processes in our CRM system for traceability.
What you need to succeed:
  • 4+ years of Account Manager and industry experience: You should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in each role.
  • Industry experience (MUST): A deep understanding of our industry is essential.
  • Stellar Customer Communication Skills: Effective and engaging conversational skills are a must.
  • Cultural Fit: Align with our culture and have a genuine desire to work in this industry.
