Large Group Account Manager
trak group is partnering with a top-tier brokerage to find a confident, service-minded Account Manager to support a portfolio of large group clients (100+ employees). This is a high-impact role with room to grow—your predecessor is being promoted, and leadership is eager to support the next rising star.

- Lead quarterly service calls and manage open enrollment processes
- Partner with carriers on quoting, renewals, and plan accuracy
- Maintain compliance and accurate documentation in internal systems
- Support implementation and onboarding of new/renewing clients
- 2+ years of account management experience in employee benefits
- Active Life & Health license
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a proactive mindset
- Ability to travel up to 10%
