Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Large Group Account Manager to join our team permanently at our Cincinnati, Florida location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with large group accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with large group clients.
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of account strategies.
- Monitor client needs and propose solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide updates to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Prepare and present performance reports to clients and management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within large group settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
