Lead Clinical Therapist – Allen & Putnam County
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Clinical Therapist to provide clinical services and lead a team of therapists in Allen and Putnam counties. We are seeking a dedicated Lead Clinical Therapist to provide clinical services and lead a team of therapists in Allen and Putnam counties. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children, adolescents, and their families while working in a flexible, community-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home and community-based therapy, including diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and individual, family, and group therapy.
- Supervise and support a team of four Clinical Therapists, overseeing their work and providing guidance.
- Develop relationships with community partners (e.g., schools, human services agencies) to promote coordinated care.
- Carry a half-caseload of 2-3 families, providing therapeutic services approximately 9 hours per week per family.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support as needed.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- LSW or LPC required; LISW or LPCC highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of therapist or counseling experience.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise a team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Allen and Putnam counties.
- Flexibility: Set your own schedule that meets the needs of your clients and your life. The position is primarily community-based with hybrid work options.
- Low Caseload: Carry a half-caseload, allowing more focus on individualized care and team support.
- Leadership Opportunity: Lead a team of Clinical Therapists, providing supervision, guidance, and mentorship.
