Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician
Full-Time | Onsite | $35/hr midpoint

- Lead daily facility maintenance operations including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep
- Conduct preventative maintenance and safety checks on all building systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when needed
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a company vehicle in clean working order
- Handle seasonal duties such as landscaping and snow removal
- Recommend process improvements and support cost-saving initiatives
- 10+ years of hands-on facilities or general maintenance experience
- Expertise across multiple trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Experience operating snow equipment and small tractors
- Preferred: Background in a manufacturing setting
- Preferred: Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work
