Leasing Specialist
Pay: $50,000 base + monthly bonus potential ($10K–$15K annually)
Location: On-site in Cincinnati, OH | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Oversee leasing documentation and maintain accurate waitlists
- Coordinate unit marketing efforts and prepare property listings
- Facilitate tours, execute leases, and assist with resident move-ins/move-outs
- Prepare regular leasing activity updates and recommend occupancy strategies
- Support positive resident relations and serve as a key point of contact
- Strong knowledge of HUD rules and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and documentation abilities
- Professional and personable customer service approach
- Previous experience in affordable housing leasing is strongly preferred
