Responsibilities include:
- Manage shipping/receiving and inventory control functions.
- Supervise labor allocation and task prioritization.
- Ensure compliance with shipping procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for efficient logistics operations.
- Track shipment arrivals and manage material movements.
- Oversee OSHA compliance and address non-compliance issues.
- Streamline obsolescence processes to minimize supply chain disruptions.
What you need to succeed:
- Supply chain experience in managing logistics functions.
- Strong ERP acumen (experience with Visual from Infor preferred but not required).
- Prior management experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
