Medical Assistant

Responsibilities include:
- Assist physicians in examination and treatment procedures.
- Perform delegated duties under physician direction.
- Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information in patients' charts.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations.
- Cross-train to enhance efficiency and continuity of patient care.
- Collaborate within a flexible, motivated, and patient-focused team.
What you need to succeed:
- Either Medical Assisting education OR relevant experience.
- Proficient in injections, EKGs, venipuncture, and blood draws.
- Team player mentality, dedicated to optimizing patient service.
- Education: High School Degree; BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers).
- Experience: Healthcare Education (Medical Assisting) OR Medical Assisting experience.
- Specialized Knowledge: EKG, injections, venipuncture, performance of common lab tests following CLIA guidelines
