Job Description:
The MRSS Clinical Supervisor will oversee the operations and clinical functions of the Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) team. This role involves providing direct supervision, guidance, and support to MRSS staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery in crisis intervention and stabilization for individuals and families. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring case management activities, facilitating professional development, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise MRSS team members, including crisis counselors and support staff.
- Ensure effective crisis intervention and stabilization services are delivered to clients.
- Conduct regular case reviews and provide clinical oversight.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting according to agency standards.
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in crisis intervention and stabilization services.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in crisis management and conflict resolution techniques.
- Familiarity with community resources and support systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
