trak group is hiring a Machine Build Mechanic for a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a mechanically skilled professional who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting, and collaborating to keep operations running smoothly. - Stable Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

- 5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly diagrams, and hydraulic schematics.
- Experience using precision measurement tools to ensure accuracy in assembly and repairs.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be ITAR-compliant and able to travel occasionally within the U.S. and internationally.
- Assemble, repair, and maintain mechanical components and production machinery.
- Calibrate and align machines using laser measurement tools to ensure accuracy.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, modifying systems as needed to improve performance.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and document findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Follow all safety and quality standards, contributing to a high-performance team.
