Maintenance Manager
What you need to be successful:

Management over a large (25+) Maintenance team in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Capital Projects - owning the budget process for projects
Maintenance on manufacturing Machinery with different types of CNC equipment
Union experience would be nice - but at least understanding of the environment
PLC troubleshooting/light programming - this candidate would need to jump in with major PLC issues
Comfortable with 24-hour manufacturing facility - core hours are first shift M-F

Responsibilities include:

Be a proactive leader
Focus on continuing to drive effectiveness of proactive maintenance systems such as computerized maintenance management systems, predictive maintenance, preventative maintenance, and reliability centered maintenance, and storeroom management.
Assist the plant management team in the development, implementation and general oversight of effective maintenance systems that ensure all manufacturing equipment performs to its maximum capacity at lowest cost.
Manage maintenance supervision and planning team to ensure efficient prioritization and full utilization of maintenance technicians on a 24/7 basis.
ESR Prioritization to capex level, participation in capex planning and execution of projects
Shutdown Planning
