- Consistent daytime schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3 PM.

- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Diagnose and repair equipment, including 480V 3-phase electrical systems, pneumatic circuits, and welding tasks (MIG & sanitary TIG).
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and IT circuits.
- Work on facility and building maintenance as needed.
- Ensure safety compliance while working on equipment and facility projects.
- Experience with 480V 3-phase electrical systems.
- MIG & sanitary TIG welding skills.
- Understanding of pneumatic circuits.
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical and mechanical systems.
- Comfortable working at heights (up to 30 ft.) and lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Willingness to be on-call for emergency maintenance (paid 2-hour minimum per call-in).
