Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Job Description:
Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Fairfield, Ohio that’s expanding its All team. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate repairs.
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using various hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent;technical degree or certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance mechanic role.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
