- Oversee both planned preventative maintenance activities and emergency equipment repairs.
- Implement the safety program's goals to ensure a safe work environment.
- Identify and analyze problems effectively, gathering the necessary information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 2-5 years of experience in supervising maintenance employees in a heavy manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including rotating shifts and adaptability to changing operational conditions.
