Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities Include:

Join the existing Maintenance Manager who is getting ready to retire within the next year or two
Will quickly become the head of the department
This role is very much a hands-on maintenance leader - Performing electro-mechanical maintenance on the machinery and facilities
Once settled in, will build a team of 3-4 technicians under them to support the 3-facility operation

What you need to succeed:

5+ years' Maintenance experience in a heavy manufacturing environment working on CNC and Manual machinery
Ability to lead a small team while also being extremely hands-on doing maintenance within the facilities
Previous stamping maintenance is preferred, but not required
