This is a second shift role offering stability, team longevity, and the opportunity to work with a wide range of production equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
- Perform equipment maintenance and repairs on extrusion lines, box makers, palletizers, and other machinery.
- Troubleshoot issues using basic PLC ladder logic and automated diagnostics from the machines.
- Support the implementation of a preventative maintenance program.
- Complete maintenance work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Assist with takedowns and installations as the facility grows from 11 to 15 lines.
- Maintain a safe working environment in a loud, fast-paced production setting.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; familiarity with PLCs
- Experience using a CMMS for work orders and maintenance tracking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Comfort working in a high-volume, loud production setting
