Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift
trak group is working with a well-established food manufacturing partner to find a Maintenance Technician for their overnight shift. This is a hands-on role supporting high-speed production operations, perfect for someone with strong mechanical skills and a knack for troubleshooting complex systems.

This is a hands-on role supporting high-speed production operations, perfect for someone with strong mechanical skills and a knack for troubleshooting complex systems.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and conveyor systems.

Troubleshoot issues involving electrical systems, PLCs (Allen Bradley), pneumatics, and mechanical drives.

Use manuals, schematics, and measuring tools to inspect and repair equipment.

Train other team members on procedures and proper equipment care.

Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations.

Contribute to a proactive maintenance culture by identifying root causes and suggesting improvements.

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting (food manufacturing preferred).

Proficiency in PLC/controls troubleshooting, especially with Allen Bradley equipment.

Strong background in mechanical maintenance: belts, chains, gears, bearings, pneumatic systems, and lubrication.

Ability to read schematics and equipment diagrams.

High level of mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training or certifications a plus.
